Birch iced tea



  • 1oz Escuminac Birch Syrup
  • 1,5oz lemon juice
  • 1,5oz home-made iced tea
  • 2oz dry gin
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint, slice of lemon, slice of lime


  1. 1.Add the birch syrup, gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice and iced tea to the shaker.
  2. 2.Shake briskly for 15 seconds without ice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake briskly again.
  3. 3.Pour the mixture and ice into a tumbler.
  4. 4.Chop the mint leaves.
  5. 5.Scatter the mint on the glass and garnish with the lemon/lime slices. Serve.
